We are excited to welcome our student teacher, Shannon Traynor, to our class! He has already learned most of the students' names!
Last week we got another chance to think about The Ripple Effect as we talked about Pink Shirt Day. We watched a video about how the movement was started by a couple of school aged children. It's amazing that a small thoughtful act of kindness now reaches so many. We tried to capture the day in a Found Poem.
We started to look at igneous rocks. Ask me show they are formed and for an example.
The blog is very short as I have been sick and absent from school on Thursday. Photos and a better post will follow next week!
