Instruments

Don't forget that we will be building our instruments this week so make sure all materials are in school by Wednesday. We will be building on either Thursday or Friday.

The students have had over a week now to think about what they want to build and what they need to bring from home. The students have had some great ideas about what they can build and how. One student reminded me that certain food chains have paper straws that could be used. Thank you to the students who have already brought in materials and to the parents for helping their child locate them and bring them in to school.

The instruments have to be able to show change of pitch and volume. Don't buy anything special, just use what you find at home! Each child will be building and explaining their own instrument.
